Healthy Slaw

An excellent alternative to classic creamy slaw is O'Tooles new "healthy slaw". A blend of shredded vegetables like carrot, zucchini, yellow squash, baby spinach, peppers, celery and onion added to the shredded cabbage makes this a delicious way to get your vegetables. Our house made extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinaigrette creates the perfect flavor vehicle. It not only tastes better, it's better for you!

An excellent vegan dinner might start with the Tuscan Hummus, then a serving of the Healthy Slaw, and finally an order of the Whole Grains & Lentils with some Oven Roasted Vegetables. Carry-out or dine-in.
